Psychotherapy for Adults

Therapy is a creative process, one that begins when we give ourselves permission to speak freely, inviting gentle curiosity and the emergence of something real. In my practice, I see patients who have traversed painful experiences and want help making sense of them. The objective is not to erase the painful memories, but to find what can still grow and even flourish out of the rubble.

I have specialized experience working with:

  • Couples & non-monogamous relationships
  • Issues with sexuality and sexual trauma
  • Immigration grief, bilingual speakers, and multicultural people
  • Creative blocks or feelings of deadness
  • LGBTQIA+ community, artists, writers, and academics

Through my clinical experiences, I have supported individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Please visit my services page for more information.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy can offer hope for partners to feel seen and understood, often after losing sight of what that feels like. Intimacy can be affected by years of unspoken conflict, lingering resentment, and emotional pain. In couples therapy, partners have the opportunity to explore new ways of communicating that nurture connection.
